Terms and Conditions*
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Victory Innovations Co. distributor. Due to the overwhelming demand to become a distributor, we have created a waitlist for all requests. Victory Innovations has a comprehensive consideration process before authorizing new distribution partners, and this request may take up to 4-8 weeks. Please do not reach out to inquire about the status of your request, as we will be in touch as soon as we have an update for you.
Please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions for being a distribution partner before continuing with the application process:
• 100 sprayer minimum on first order — must be placed within 30 days of being approved
• 40 sprayer minimum on all additional orders
• All orders are handled online — orders over $50,000 must pay via wire transfer, while orders below $50,000 must pay via credit card
• We do not accept purchase orders at this time
• We do not provide payment terms at this time

We also have strategic partnerships with Chemical and Wholesale Distributors that are prepared to assist you in purchasing our sprayers.
